Mae Care provide many different services in the home. Personal Care, Dementia Care, Companionship Care, Caring for adults over and under 65 are just some of the services we provide.
We carry out a full assessment of the person’s needs, which leads to a person-centred care plan.
We also provide support with statutory state benefits, such as Attendance Allowance.
