JUSTINE HALLAM
Director
Having achieved all the basic and intermediate care qualifications necessary to work within her chosen sector, Justine self-funded her further studies and graduated from Bradford University, with further dementia orientated care qualifications, including Dementia Care Mapping.

ANDY HALLAM
HR Director
Andy has been involved with Mae Care since it's inception and brings a very experienced and resourceful eye to the company.
He also handles the production on the company News Letter.

JENNIE FOSTER
General Manager and Director
Jennie has worked in the care sector for over 20 years, continually training to ensure she can provide the best care to people with dementia.
With Justine, Jennie started MAE Interventions, and is now continuing the journey with Mae Care.

SAM WANNELL-BONSER
Accounts Director
Sam has been part of the management team since early 2018, and has recently been made Finance Director in 2024.
Sam deals with everything finance and the business administration.
Working closely with fellow Directors of the day to day running of Mae Care.
