Dementia Care

Mae Care provides specialised dementia care. We work with the individual, the family and the main carers to identify what each person requires and create a tailored care plan.

The person-centred care provided by Mae Care, ensures that the person with dementia remains the ultimate focus, not the condition, and they are treated with respect and as unique individuals.

Respite Care

Respite care offers carers a short term break from caring for their loved one who may be diagnosed with dementia.

Respite care lets the carer take time to look after themselves to avoid becoming exhausted and run down. At Mae Care, we believe It is just as important for the carer to look after themselves, as it is to care for their loved ones.

Mae Care offer respite care in the home.
