Customer Survey Results!
The results of our customer survey are in. Thank you to everyone who took the time to fill it in, we had a really encouraging set of response from you all.

Below are the highlights of our survey:
100% of respondents would recommend us to friends and colleagues, with 87% extremely likely to!
93% or respondents said our carers were ALWAYS respectful and polite, with the remining 7% saying our carers were MOSTLY respectful and polite.
100% of respondents said our carers understand their needs ALWAYS or MOSTLY.
85% of respondents say our carers react and act on changes to their day to day needs ALWAYS, with the remaining 15% saying MOSTLY.
85% of respondents have experienced EXCEPTIONAL care from Mae Care carers.
100% of responders receive the Mae Care newsletter and find it informative.
92% of responders said we respond and answer questions promptly.
Our responses were mostly positives, however, some have helped us identify potential areas where we could excel even more!
23% of respondents weren’t sure how to make a complaint.
46% of respondents don’t use Birdie, and 25% who use it didn’t find it useful. This
could be an area to improve communication.
7% of respondents didn’t receive rotas or use them or know who is visiting.
