Mae Care News
Mae Care is celebrating a fantastic 12 months, where we have achieved so much, have helped care for hundreds of people in the local community and grown substantially. Our highlights have to be:
Staff numbers have grown from 2 to over 20 people
We currently care for over 40 people, but have cared for many more.
We have introduced the BIRDIE platform to manage our visits and care. This has massively helped our visits, no more paperwork and instant feedback to families on how a visit went and what was done at that visit.
We had our first CQC inspection in February 2023 and are pleased to announce that we were given an overall rating of GOOD. Thank you to all the staff who worked incredibly hard to ensure these inspections went smoothly and gave a true reflection of the good service we provide to all the people we care for. Also, thank you to all the families who gave lots of positive feedback to the CQC about their experiences with us; it has been very humbling to know we are getting things right. Too see more detail on the CQC, and how we work with them, see HERE.
Even though we have grown to 20 staff, there is such a demand for our care services that we are continuing to grow, so are always looking for the right people to join our team.
If you looking for a career change, or already work in the care sector but are looking for somewhere different, see our vacancies page HERE, and give us a call.
