Why work at Mae Care?

I'm here to tell you my perspective on working at Mae Care. Working at Mae Care is like working with your family. We are a close team, who always come together, to deliver excellent care in our community.

I always feel so supported and looked after by my management team, who always push me to work to the best of my ability. There is a never-ending chance for growth and development, which I've found so fulfilling. This has been vital for, not only my professional growth, but for my personal growth. I've had my moments of self-doubt, but with the support and wisdom from my team, I've become a confident member of our little Mae Care family.

The support, wisdom and nurturing, I've received has taught me so much about care, and about myself. I never thought, or believed, I could get to where I am today, but with my team supporting me, I know this is just the tip of the iceberg.

I'm not only thankful for finding Mae Care, but I'm excited to have a long, happy future with Mae Care too. Being a young 19 year old was difficult, trying to find your place in this big world, little did I know, I'd find not only my calling, but another loving family, who always have my back. I'm so thankful to Mae Care and I know we'll continue to do amazing things.
